HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Typical delivery time for Central Ottawa is within an hour of order confirmation. Suburban and outlying areas may take 1.5 – 3 hours. However, certain variables like rush hour traffic, poor weather conditions, or if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders at once may be cause for delay.
WHERE WILL YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to the entire Ottawa region, with 3 tiers of minimum order amounts ($50, $75, $90). The minimum amounts are based on how far your location is from Central Ottawa. Check the ‘Delivery Areas’ section of our website to see which area you are in. Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to non residential addresses; please be advised for the safety of our drivers and company if we do not feel it is safe to complete the order, we reserve the right to cancel.

Monday – Sunday 10 am – 10 pm
WILL I NEED PROOF OF I.D UPON PURCHASE?
Yes, a one-time ID verification is required to prove the minimum age requirement and identity. Please send your ID to skipthebud@gmail.com with your name as the subject upon your first purchase.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order right up until we close. As long as you’ve done that, you will receive your order that night.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU’RE CLOSED?
For sure! Any orders placed outside of operating hours, will go into the queue for the following day’s deliveries, which start at 10 am. Be sure to acknowledge if you will be available to receive your order between 10 am and 12 pm in the ‘Additional Information’ field at check out. If not please leave detailed delivery instructions.
